To simplify the processing of a bolt that forms a fastner to fasten a to-be-fastened member.
The bolt forming the fastner 100, includes a bolt stem portion 10 formed of mutually different members, a collar portion 12 bearing a reaction force of a compression spring 40, and a restricting portion 30 for restricting a position of the compression spring 40 in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the bolt stem portion 10.
