Title:
FE-BASED RAPIDLY SOLIDIFIED FINE WIRE EXCELLENT IN WIRE DRAWABILITY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06330251
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To having high strength and high corrosion resistance by constituting the componental compsn. of an Fe-based rapidly solidified fine wire of specified wt.% of Ni, Cr, C and Si, and the balance substantial Fe.

CONSTITUTION: The componental compsn. of an Fe-based rapidly solidified fine wire is constituted of, by weight, 6.5 to 18.5% Ni, 10 to 20% Cr, 0.075 to 0.4% C and 2.5 to 5.5% Si, and the balance substantial Fe. Furthermore, it contains 5 to l7.5% Ni, 7 to 20% Cr, 0.05 to 0.95% C, 2 to 7% Si and 1.5 to 7.5% Cu. Moreover, it contains, 5 to 17.5% Ni, 7 to 20% Cr, 0.05 to 0.95% C, 2 to 7% Si and 3 to 25% Co. In this way, the fine wire having resistance to fatigue and also excellent in oxidation resistance can be obtd.
