Abstract:
PURPOSE: To grind off a deposit on a feeder roll without detaching the roll from the device.
CONSTITUTION: The endless-belt grinding devices 20A and 20B having a grinding face parallel to the feeder rolls 14A and 14B are provided adjacently to the rolls 14a and 14B. The grinding face is set at the grinding position in contact with the surface of the rolls 14A and 14B and at a separate position not in contact with the surface.
