PURPOSE: To eliminate a problem in layer stripping and to obtain a light fiber composite rain leader having less heat expansion efficiency.

CONSTITUTION: A fiber composite rain leader is constituted of a core layer A3 provided to thermoplastic resin in a state to arrange continuously reinforcing fibers F3 in a longitudinal direction and a thermoplastic resin layer BC with which both sides of the core layer A3 is coated. A buried member 1 constituted of horizontal components 11 of metallic fiber and longitudinal components 12 of non-metallic reinforced fiber is incorporated into the whole core layer A3.
