To provide a film for laminating to a metal sheet, which is applicable to a laminate film for a two-piece can and excellent in forming processability in manufacturing cans and in superior flavor properties of beverages, and to provide a film-laminated metal sheet and a film-laminated metal container.

The film for laminating to a metal sheet is composed of a thermoplastic polyester resin composition, wherein a melting point is 240-252C and a content of a 2C alkylene oxide unit derived from a polyoxyalkylene glycol component is 2-20 mol% based on the total acid quantity of the polyester resin composition. In the film for laminating to a metal sheet, the coefficient of dynamic friction on the film surface, measured by using a steel ball under a load of 2 kg in a 150C environment as a slider after remelting the film stuck to a metal base body by heat of 270C and quenching it rapidly, is 0.20 or lower.
