Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent an input square wave voltage from being connected to an output voltage, and to extend an output voltage range by combining (n) and (p) conductive type transistors with diode-connected (n) and (p) conductive type transistors. CONSTITUTION: One ends of the current paths to be controlled of (n) and (p) conductive type transistors (n) and (p) are respectively connected to the positive and negative terminals of a power source, and another ends are connected through other diode-connected (n) and (p) conductive type transistors (nd) and (pd) with an output (ua). Also, a first square wave signal is supplied through a first capacitor c1 to the control terminal of the transistor (nd), and a second square wave signal is supplied through an inverter (i) and a second capacitor c2 to the control terminal of the transistor (pd), and the control terminals of the transistors (n) and (p) are connected to the connecting point of the resistance (r) of an RC circuit with a capacitor (c). Thus, a defect than an input square wave signal is transmitted through a parasitic capacitance to an output can be prevented, and an output voltage range can be extended.
