To provide, at a low cost, a filter for display that has electromagnetic wave shielding property, and sufficient reflection preventing performance without reducing transmission image clearness.

The filter for display has a conductive layer including a conductive mesh on a transparent substrate and a resin layer stacked on the conductive layer. The thickness of the conductive mesh is 8 μm or less. The resin layer contains particles (A) having an average particle diameter of 1-20 μm and particles (B) having an average particle diameter of 300 nm or shorter, and the center line average roughness Ra of the resin layer is 100 nm or more.
