To provide a finish machining device of a work, which removes an undesired substance stuck to a work molded through casting, requires a limited space for installation and corresponds flexibly to variations of manufacturing quantity of the work.
The finish machining device of the work performs the finish machining by removing the undesired substance stuck to the work 1 molded through casting. The device is provided with a transfer device 2 of the work 1 which grips and transfers the work 1 to be finish-machined, a shake-out unit 3 to drop molding sand as the undesired substance from the work 1 transferred by the transfer device 2, and further, an excision unit 4 to cut down the undesired substance such as a down gate, a feeder head, flash and burr and the like from the work 1 transferred by the transfer device 2. These units are arranged intensively in a single unit 5.
