PURPOSE: To provide the subject structure for a tent made of a copolyetherester film containing a fire retardant additive of a specific aromatic bromide compound and a long chain ester unit and a short chain ester unit, having a specified thickness and water vapor permeability rate.
CONSTITUTION: A hydrophilic copolyetherester (60-85 wt.%) containing 25-80 wt.% of a long chain ester unit represented by formula I [R is dicarboxylic acid residue having a molecular weight of less than 300; G is a poly(alkyleneoxide) glycol residue capable of introducing 25-68 wt.% ethylene oxide unit based on the total weight of polymer, having a molecular weight of 400-3500] and a short chain ester unit represented by formula II (D is a diol residue having a molecular weight of less than 250) is melted with 15-40 wt.% fire retardant component containing 37.5-100 wt.% aromatic bromide compound such as tetradecabromodiphenoxy benzene, ethylene bis tetrabromophthalimide, and decabromodiphenoxy benzene to form a film, and the objective structure consisting of the film having a thickness of 0.3-1.6 mils, a water vapor permeability rate of 6000 g/mil/m2/24 hrs or more, and an elongation of 600% or more is obtained.
