Abstract:
PURPOSE:To hold a buoy at a fixed position and in a fixed posture in the water by connecting the lower part of a buoy moored in the water and sinkers installed on the right below bottom of the water and connecting the upper part of the buoy and anchors installed on the bottom of the water in its front. CONSTITUTION:A buoy 10 is used, for example, for the collection of uranium and its surroundings are enclosed with a buoyancy tank 11 and on its inside an uranium absorbing part 12 is provided. In this case, two-right and left-sinkers 13 are installed on the bottom of the sea right below the buoy 10 and these are connected with float preventive chains 14 with each other. Further, two-right and left-anchors 15 are installed on the bottom of the sea in the front of the buoy 10 and these are connected with chains 16 for catenary mooring with each other. And the midways of the chains 16 and the front lower part of the buoy 10 are connected with auxiliary chains 17. On the other hand, two-right and left-support buoys 18 are floated on the sea surface above the buoy 10 and at the same time, two-right and left-marker buoys 22 are floated on the sea surface above the anchors 15.
