Abstract:
PURPOSE: To align a member of fragile material with a substrate easily with high accuracy without causing any crack in the fragile member.
CONSTITUTION: A membrane 4 of a resilient material formed on the major surface 5 on the substrate 2 side of a member 1 composed of a fragile material is bonded, by ultrasonic wave, to a post formed on the substrate 2 thus securing the member 1 to the substrate 2.
