Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform discrimination of quality of mounting of a cap at a glance, in a fixing structure for a handle stem which comprises a mounting cylinder for handle stem inserted externally of the upper part of a fork stem; and a cap fastening downward the mounting cylinder along the axial direction thereof and joined in a screwed-in state with the upper end part of the fork stem.
CONSTITUTION: A male screw is formed on the outer periphery of the upper end of a fork stem 10 and a cap 4 is formed in a nut-shape. A mounting cylinder 30 is pressed down in the axial direction thereof by the cap 4 by joining the cap 4 in a screwed-in state with the upper end part of the fork stem 10 extending through the mounting cylinder 30.
