Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a blame sterilization not requiring any protection of the mouth part of a container to be sterilized.
SOLUTION: In a method of sterilizing the inside of container 1 with flame of a burner 2 by inserting the burner into the container 1, the burner 2 is made to have a double tube structure, and by the blame sterilization of the inside of the container 1 which makes flow out of one of the inner tube or the outer tube a mixed gas a flammable gas and a primary air and/or oxygen and flow out a secondary air and/or oxygen from the other of the inner tube or the outer tube, a stable flame can be obtained without strengthening the flame more than necessary, so that no protection of the container 1 is needed. Also, by the flame sterilization of the inside of the container 1 wherein ignition is made after the inside of the container 1 is filled with the mixed gas of the flammable gas and air and the gas inside the container 1 is burnt, a wave of combustion is caused, the flame propagates over the entire inner surface of the container 1 in a very short time, so that a process can be made efficiently within a short time and can also be applied to a non-heatresistant container 1.
