Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the air gap between rotor magnet and yoke to a large extent to improve motor characteristics by using a yoke of a molded piece of soft magnetic metal powder which has a structure integrally having a magnetic core part projecting toward the inner periphery side of a coil.
CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is equipped with a stator with a plurality of coils 8 arranged in the plane part of a yoke 20 and with a flat rotor magnet 12 parallel to the plane part, facing to each coil 8 and subjected to multipolar magnetization; and the yoke 20 is formed into an integral body by the molded piece of soft magnetic metal powder so as to integrally have a magnetic core part 21 projecting toward the inner periphery side of each coil 8.
