Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store and transport flames and reduce frame size during the supply of the frames to a machine, by providing a tubular core having a shape corresponding to the inside outline of the flames, and by arranging the frames onto the tubular core orderly.
SOLUTION: A cardboard tube 2 is formed by folding a flat sheet along edges 3 and by joining one side to the other. V-shaped notches 4 and pairs of opposite flaps 5 and 6 are formed at both ends of the tube 2. The flaps 5 and 6 are folded along the lines of their mount areas 7 and 8, to facilitate the insertion of frames 1. Additionally, by providing a precut tonguelike body 10 near each end of the tube 2 and by lifting the tonguelike bodies 10, frames 1 are prevented from sliding off. Thus, a large number of flames 1 can be stored in an extremely small space.
