Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly agree an opened/closed condition of a valve element with the indication of an indicator, and to easily and visually recognize the indicator from the outside.
SOLUTION: A flow control valve with an indicator comprises a valve body 12 with a fluid distributed inside, a connection body 14 connected to an upper part of the valve body 12, a housing 16 connected to an upper part of the connection body 14, a piston 72 which is disposed within the connection body 14 and the housing 16, and displaced under the pilot pressure, a shaft 76 integrally connected to the piston 72, a diaphragm 78 which is connected to a lower end part of the shaft 76 and seated on a valve seat 30 formed inside the valve body 12, a flow rate adjustment unit 20 to adjust the flow rate of the fluid distributed within the valve body 12, and an indicator unit 22 to indicate the opened/closed condition of the diaphragm 78.
