Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having great values of industrial utilization because the efficiency for mass-producing molded products is good due to improved roll operating efficiency and a slight change of viscosity after kneading and even the molded products of a complicated shape can stably be produced with excellent mass productivity.
SOLUTION: The cross-linkable fluororubber composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polymer having ≥1,000 Pas viscosity at 25°C and represented by general formula (1) (wherein, n denotes an integer of ≥1; Rfs denote each a bivalent perfluoroalkylene group or a bivalent perfluorooxyalkylene group; Qs denote each a bivalent organic group; and Z denotes a monovalent organic group), (B) 1-100 pts.wt. of a reinforcing filler and (C) a curing effective amount of a peroxide cross-linking agent.
