Title:
FOAMING HEAT INSULATING MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11218290
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent generation of fungi, decomposition of a wood building material, and generation of nasty smell by including porous bulk material having humidity property and/or deodorization property in a condition in which the bulk material is dispersed, in a foaming heat insulating material used in a building and the like.

In a foaming heat insulating material executed on a floor and the like for improving soundproof property of a building and the like, a porous bulk material 2 having humidity property and/or deodorization property contains in a condition in which the bulk material 2 is dispersed. Granular coal or wooden carbide, foods, a material formed by carbonizing waste such as pulp, various kinds of carbide, sepiolite, natural mineral such as porous quartzite, and inorganic matter such as various kinds of inorganic material manufactured artificially, are used as the bulk material 2 used in the foaming heat insulating material. In this time, in the case of granular coal employed as the bulk material 2, the granular coal whose average narrow hole radius is 1.5 to 100 and specific surface area is 50 to 600 m2/g is used, inorganic porous bulk material other than the granular coal whose average narrow hole radius is 20 to 100 and specific surface area is 20 to 200 m2/g is used.
