Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food conveying device with which productivity is improved by setting an optimum number of revolutions via arrangement of a pipe feeder.SOLUTION: There is provided a food conveying device comprising: a hopper that can store dry ingredients and discharging the dry ingredients to a pipe feeder from a lower part; three or more connection ports that are provided in a lower part of the hopper in parallel; at least three pipe feeders that are rotationally driven by respective motors, are connected to the connection ports, and are disposed below in an inclined manner; a plurality of buckets that temporarily store the dry ingredients cut out via respective pipe feeders; and a control part that controls rotations of a motor in such a manner that weights of the dry ingredients inside respective buckets become values identical to each other, and cuts out the dry ingredients. At least the three pipe feeders are arranged to each other in parallel in an axial direction, and disposed at an angle equal to each other in an inclined manner, and the number of rotations of the pipe feeders located at both end parts is more largely subjected to rotation control than the number of rotations of the pipe feeders at other positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
