Abstract:
To provide a food product production method in which binding properties are maintained at a high level, and ease of peeling of object food materials is preferable and ease of eating and prescribed appearance can be acquired, and a retort food product.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of a food product comprising: a contact step for bringing at least a part of object food materials to pretreatment liquid for acquiring liquid treated food materials; and a heating step for heating treatment of the liquid treated food materials, for acquiring heated food materials.
