Abstract:

To provide tile units in which a plurality of tiles are connected by extremely thin synthetic resin, and a tile wall using the tile units.SOLUTION: Tile units for a flat section (in Fig. 2) is tile units in which a plurality of tiles are connected with each other by extremely thin resin. The tiles and connection resin are integrated. A method for an extremely thin connection is realized by controlling viscosity and thixotropy of the synthetic resin as a connection material. Since the connection resin is extremely thin, workability in cut processing is improved. There is provided a tile wall face with high design property in which the resin connection material is hard to be visually recognized from a joint portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
