Abstract:
To obtain the subject food enabling a person to simultaneously and easily eat soybeans and sesame high in nutritive values by grinding the soybeans and the sesame under specific conditions, respectively, and subsequently mixing the ground products.
(A) Approximately 75-90 pts.wt. of soybean powder obtained by roasting soybeans and subsequently grinding the roasted soybeans into the powdery product is mixed with (B) 25-10 pts.wt. of sesame powder obtained by roasting sesame, cooling the roasted sesame and subsequently grinding the sesame at a lower temperature than an oil-generating temperature (approximately 61°C) into the powdery product, thus producing the dry powdery product.
