PURPOSE: To remove a film on a section not requiring the film securely by applying releasing fluid on the section not requiring the film of a drum outer peripheral surface to form a peeling layer, applying the coating fluid on the peeling layer and the drum outer peripheral surface, adhering an adhesive tape to the formed film and then peeling off the same.

CONSTITUTION: A releasing fluid constituted of silicone oil or a silicone surface active agent dissolved into a solvent is applied on a section not requiring the film on a drum outer peripheral surface, and a peeling layer is formed by drying the applied releasing fluid. A given coating film is formed on said peeling layer and the drum outer peripheral surface and an adhesive tape is adhered to the film formed on the peeling layer, and then said film is peeled off the drum together with the peeling layer. Because of removing the film formed on the drum outer peripheral surface without using a solvent to dissolve said film, the exchanging of the solvent or the like is not necessary, then working effect is remarkably improved. Also, the film on the section not requiring the same can be removed securely and completely by the adhesive force of the adhesive tape.
