Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit visualization from only a specific direction, inhibit copying by a copying machine, have a high effect for preventing forgery or alteration, and prevent easy imitation, by forming image lines to be formed with a constant height and continuous projected configuration on a base material by making a part thereof deformed in cross-section.
SOLUTION: An image visualized from only a specific direction is featured that the lights of incidence in 3a and 3b have each diverse direction of reflectance caused by the different cross-section of image lines. The lights of incidence from 3a is greater than the lights of incidence from 3b, thus, when observed from the light direction of incidence, a portion of 3b changed in a part of continuous projected image lines 2 can be seen brighter than projected image lines except 3b. Therefore, the observer feels the image that is formed by 3b and can be visualized from only a specific direction bright as the lights of reflectance from 3b is greater than the lights of reflectance from the projected image lines except 3b, and feels it dark as it is not greater than the lights of reflectance from the projected image lines except 3b.
