Title:
OPERATION MICROSCOPE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3209543
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To display a proper stereoscopic observation image while coping effectively with reduction of light amount in an observation optical paths due to increase in the number of observers and without increasing the amount of illumination light for radiating a part to be operated.
CONSTITUTION: Variable power systems 9 and 9', color separation prisms 8 and 8', and image pick-up elements 7a, 7b, 7c and 7a', 7b', 7c' of an R.G.B are positioned on observation optical paths OR and OL in two ways through an objective lens 10 and an image is picked up. Image signals in the two ways are input into a stereoscopic image signal structure means to produce stereoscopic image signals. Then the stereoscopic image signals and deflection drive signals are output synchronously into a liquid crystal monitor 2 in which a liquid crystal circular polarization plate 1 is provided to obtain a stereoscopic image.
