Abstract:
To eliminate an unstable period just after power supply to a voltage controlled oscillator VCO.
An RC integration circuit 43 is provided to an input terminal of a VCO 32, and a voltage at the input terminal is shifted to increase an oscillated frequency of the VCO 32. Through the configuration above, the VCO 32 can immediately oscillate at a frequency close to a reference frequency because a control voltage itself applied to the input terminal is corrected in a direction of increasing the oscillated frequency even when the VCO 32 has a tendency of the oscillated frequency gradually rising toward the reference frequency from a low frequency due to the effect of the circuit capacitive component just after start of power supply to the VCO 32.
