To allow a thermistor circuit to stably correct temperature with high precision even when a level of a signal output is changed.
An output level adjustment diode D3 adjusts an output level of a signal output from a modulator 2, an output amplifier 1 amplifies the output of the diode D3, a temperature correction diode D2 applies temperature correction to the output of the amplifier 1 and the resulting signal is outputted from an output terminal Vout. Setting of a bias for a temperature correction circuit is fixed by providing an output level adjustment circuit and a temperature correction circuit as separate units in this way, and the temperature can stably be corrected with high precision even when dispersion in the output level is adjusted.
