Title:
FRICTION-WELDED TUBULAR JOINT, AND DRILL TOOL HAVING THE JOINT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002086280
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a tubular joint in which a plurality of structural parts are jointly integrated with each other by friction welding while weld beads are not regulated, or protruded inside, and to reliably feed cutting solution in a drill tool having the tubular joint.

This tubular joint (1) comprises two hollow joints (3 and 4) which are coaxially disposed in a joining area (2) and friction-welded to each other, and a regulating sleeve (5) is disposed in the joining area (2). The drill tool (10) has the tubular joint (1) with a tubular shaft (13), a tool head (14) and/or an insertion end (15) integrated with each other in joining areas (2 and 2') at each end face, and a cutting solution flow passage (11) pierces the tubular joint (1) and the regulating sleeves (5 and 5').
