Abstract:
To provide a machine parts manufacturing method by liquid phase diffusion welding of an annular and hollow machine parts.
In this machine parts manufacturing method of the annular and hollow machine parts, an outer surface is formed by the pressing or rolling including the shape of upper and lower surfaces or side surfaces requiring a step of manufacturing a target shape by directly casting or forging in addition to the conventional cutting, grinding, punching and forging of a plate-like stock or a lump stock, and then, divided into predetermined sizes required, and formed into annular or hollow shape by the forming such as bending. Butted parts are welded by using the liquid-phase diffusion welding to obtain the final shape.
