To provide a fuel cell system in which emission management can be simplified.
In this fuel cell system, a combustor 7 has a drain pipe 43 into which condensed water condensed in the combustor 7 is discharged, a water recovery device (humidifier) 10B has a drain pipe 41 into which the condensed water condensed in a water recovery device 10B is drained, and a water tank 25 has a drain pipe 45 into which water exceeding a stored amount is discharged. The drain pipe 43 of the combustor 7, the drain pipe 43 of the water recovery device 10B, and the drain pipe 45 of the water tank 25 are connected to an exhaust gas pipe 19 into which a combustion gas from the combustor 7 is discharged. By gathering waste water from respective parts (the combustor 7, the water recovery device 10B, and the water tank 25) in this way, discharged materials (combustion gas and waste water) from the fuel cell system are discharged outside the system from one location (exhaust pipe). For this reason, the discharged materials (exhaust gas and waste water) from the fuel cell system can be managed in the integral manner, and the emissions management is simplified.
