Title:
FUEL INJECTION TIMING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3809355
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an axial dimension of a fuel injection timing device, and to stabilize an advancing/retarding operation by regulating displacement pins in symmetric positions with respect to the rotation center of the device.
SOLUTION: Radial opening displacements of the displacement pins 10.10 are transmitted, in order, to large eccentric cams 6.6, small eccentric cams 8.8, eccentric pivots 12.12 and a follower rotary plate 4 to angularly displace the follower rotary plate 4 relatively to an interlocking rotary plate 3. A cylindrical shaft 2 is integrated with the interlocking rotary plate 3, and the cylindrical shaft 2 is mounted, for relative rotation, with a pin guide plate 25 for regulating the pair of displacement pins 10.10 in symmetric positions with respect to the rotation center thereof, and an actuator holding plate 27 for holding a temperature-sensitive actuator 20. The temperature-sensitive actuator 20 relatively rotates the pin guide plate 25 to an advance side at a cold start-up and to a retard side at a warm operation.
