To securely set various functions through easy operation by making a list display of a function setting screen by 1st key operation, selecting one function with 2nd key operation, and setting the selected function by 3rd key operation.

Function setting screens are listed with a 1st key among keys, one function is selected with a 2nd key, and the selected function is set with a 3rd key. Namely, a menu mode is actuated (S1) with a 'BAND key 3B' plus a 'POWER key 3E' pressed and the display contents of the display part are referred to and switched; and the function to be set is selected (S2) with an 'UP key 3C' or 'DOWN key 3D' pressed. Then it is confirmed whether or not the displayed function is desired one to be set (S3, S4) and ON/OFF operation is selected (S5, S6) with a 'MODE key 3F' pressed. Then displayed function is set ON (S7) or OFF (S8).
