Abstract:
To obtain a functional food intended for effectively using juice residue of Morinda citrifolia fruits, and improving uncomfortable smell peculiar to Morinda citrifolia extract.
This functional food is obtained by using a dry matter of residue obtained by squeezing extract from Morinda citrifolia fruits, and using extract which is extracted from a dry matter of residue obtained by squeezing extract from Morinda citrifolia fruits. Furthermore, the functional food is obtained by packaging with cyclodextrin extract obtained by squeezing Morinda citrifolia fruits or extract which is extracted from a dry matter of juice residue of Morinda citrifolia fruits.
