In the game machine 1 having a hinge mechanism 100 which supports a front frame 6 to be opened and closed with respect to a storage frame 5, the hinge mechanism 100 has a storage frame side hinge 120 and a front frame side hinge 110. The storage frame side hinge 120 includes: a pivoting part 150, to which the front frame side hinge 110 is pivoted to be rotatable; movable mechanisms 130, 140, 171, and 173, which move the pivoting part 150 between a backward position and a forward position; and a regulation part 160 that selects an allowing state which allows the movable mechanisms 130, 140, 171, and 173 to move the pivoting part 150 to the forward position, and a regulating state which regulates the movement to the forward position. The regulation part 160 sets the pivoting part 150 to the allowing state from the regulating state by a predetermined conversion operation. The front frame 6 can be opened and closed via the front frame side hinge 110 even if the pivoting part 150 is in the allowing state or the regulating state.
