When a game device in an on-line state is detected, lending information is received from the game device in the on-line state to update valuable value information corresponding to medium identification information on a storage medium received by the game device in the on-line state on the basis of the received lending information; when the game device in an off-line state is detected, valuable value information corresponding to the medium identification information on the storage medium received by the game device on the off-line state is updated on the basis of sales information newly collected by an information collection device.
