Abstract:

To provide a garbage treating apparatus for discharging the treated garbage of a harmful microbe-annihilated state.

This garbage treating apparatus is provided with a decomposing tank 11 for housing a garbage decomposing microbe and garbage, a garbage feeding port 29 and a treated garbage discharging port 28 which are arranged on the peripheral wall of the tank 11, a withdrawing pipe 16 connected to the port 28 for withdrawing the treated garbage in the tank 11 and a treated garbage heater part 42 arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the pipe 16 for heating the treated garbage. The treated garbage is heated to the temperature necessary for annihilating the harmful microbe or higher for the time necessary, for annihilating the harmful microbe or longer by the part 42.
