Abstract:
To provide a porous body having pores permitting only hydrogen to transmit becoming the principal part of a sensor capable of measuring the concentration of hydrogen on time with high precision.
The porous body is characterized in that a film of heat-resistant inorganic oxide fine particles with an average particle size is ≤10 nm is controlled to ≤3 in its average pore size.
