Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gauge variable truck in which a wheel and a wheel bearing can be easily replaced at the time of maintenance.
SOLUTION: In a gauge variable truck 100, an inner ring of a wheel bearing for rotatably supporting a wheel 41 is fitted to a wheel fitting surface 33 of an axle outer cylinder 30 in such a manner as to freely slide, and clamped by a ring nut 46 and a projecting part 32 of the axle outer cylinder 30 to be fixed undisplaceably in the axial direction. A motor frame and a web of the wheel 41 are integrally screw-fitted. Thus, after the axle outer cylinder 30 is removed from a fixed axle 24, the ring nut 46 is removed, and if the motor frame and the wheel 41 are separated, the wheel 41 and the wheel bearing can be easily removed from the axle outer cylinder 30.
