Abstract:

To solve the problem that, since a sintering assistant such as glass or the like of a nonmagnetic material is heretofore added to a ferrite layer and simultaneously burned in a glass ceramic substrate in which the ferrite layer is formed to absorb a noise, its permeability is lowered, so that a sufficient noise absorption effect is not obtained.

The glass ceramic board comprises wiring a conductor 3, and an ferrite layer 2 containing ferrites covering the upper surface and the lower surface of the conductor 3 and 1 wt.% or less glass formed by simultaneously burning together with an insulating base 1 made of glass ceramic sintered material in the interior and/or the surface of the base 1. The permeability of the layer 2 is high, and the conductor 3 is covered with the layer 2, so that the noise passing through the conductor 3 can be effectively absorbed.
