Abstract:

To provide a resin molding useful as a tray for paper or film with rigidity and satisfactory surface smoothness, and a method for manufacturing it.

An injection compression molding is formed of glass fiber- reinforced resin composition containing acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer having MFR of 15 to 60 g/10 min. A principal outer surface of this molding satisfies surface characteristics that surface roughness defined by ten-point mean roughness Rz of JIS B 0601 of a range of 0.01 to 12 μm. And, the glass fiber- reinforced resin composition is injection compression molded at a compression ratio of 1.5 to 10% of mean thickness.
