Abstract:
To provide a pharmaceutical compound for treatment of neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders.
There is provided a compound of formula 1. In formula 1, Ar1 is thiophene which may be 2 or 3-thiophene and is selectively substituted with up to one substituent selected from methyl and ethyl; Ar2 is selected from thiophene, furan and substituted phenyl, wherein the substituent on the phenyl is selected from 1-6C alkyl, halo, 1-6C haloalkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, 1-6C haloalkoxy, cyano and a salt, solvate and hydrate thereof.
