A weight 21 is held by the magnetic force of a permanent magnet 22 in a high position of the shelf T and the weight 21 falls down by its own weight when loosing the holding force by the magnetic force. The shutter members 30F, 30R and the weight 21 are connected by a wire W. The shutter members 30F, 30R are in opening position where the lateral opening sections 40F, 40R are opened, and while, when the weight 21 is held at the high position of the shelf T, the shutter members 30F, 30R are displaced to the closing positions via the wire W when the weight 21 falls down by its own weight.
