CONSTITUTION: When the reproducing processing of card data by a card data storage reproducing means 4 is executed, invalid checking processing as a prepaid card and the invalid checking processing as an accumulating point card are executed at once based on storage contents by first and second identified data storing means 10a and 10b. Thus, working efficiency and processing capacity at payment are improved and as a result, customer response is executed rapidly.
