Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain heating and humidifying device capable of accurately detecting a differential pressure between an air blast duct and an air exhaust duct without being affected by dew condensation.SOLUTION: A grain heating and humidifying device comprises a tank storing grain, an air blast duct disposed on one side of the tank and sending humidification warm air into the tank, and an air exhaust duct disposed on the other side of the tank and exhausting the humidification warm air from the inside of the tank. An opening for detecting static pressure is provided in a wall surface of each of the air blast duct and the air exhaust duct, and the respective openings for detecting static pressure are connected with a differential pressure gauge to detect a differential pressure between the air blast duct and the air exhaust duct. At the outside of the wall surface of the air blast duct in which the opening for detecting static pressure is provided, a drain trap, which has a wall surface facing the opening for detecting static pressure and is provided with an opening for detecting static pressure connected with the differential pressure gauge, is disposed to form a closed space with the wall surface of the air blast duct, so that the opening for detecting static pressure provided in the wall surface of the air blast duct is connected with the differential pressure gauge via the drain trap.
