Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphic pattern recognition device and a graphic pattern recognition method, capable of reducing an arithmetic load, thereby restraining increase in cost.SOLUTION: A graphic pattern recognition device 10 recognizes a specified graphic pattern on a processing target medium by using a digital image. The graphic pattern recognition device includes: a post-processing part 30 that executes a post-processing to an image including a recognition target graphic; a Hough transformation processing part 40 that executes a Hough transformation to an image pattern to be extracted, converts the image pattern into an accumulation point, and acquires a Hough conversion matrix; a comparison collation part 50 that compares and collates the Hough conversion matrix with a template that is previously formed so as to be corresponded to the graphic pattern to be recognized; and a determination processing part 60 that determines whether a target graphic pattern exists on the basis of a similarity obtained by executing the comparison and the collation in the comparison collation part 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
