Abstract:
To provide foodstuff powder of high protein and low carbohydrate containing silk or a cocoon of a wild silkworm as a raw material, and to provide foodstuffs produced from the foodstuff powder.SOLUTION: Foodstuff powder contains silk or a cocoon of a wild silkworm as a raw material and protein of 25 wt.% or more and carbohydrate of 30 wt.% or less, and preferably contains foodstuff powder made of mulberry leaves, more preferably contains foodstuff powder made of silk or a cocoon of a wild silkworm of 5 wt.% or more and soybean powder of 50 wt.% or more and no wheat powder, still more preferably contains soybean powder or soybean curd powder and brown sugar powder or rare sugar powder and no sugar powder as a raw material. Foodstuffs produced from the foodstuff powder preferably contain moisture of 10 wt.% or less and no food additives (excluding natural additives) stipulated in clause 2 of article 4 of the Food Sanitation Act.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15B
