Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent an unimproved part from remaining in the front end of range to be improved and to prevent unevenness in the improved strength from occurring due to uneven mixture, in a ground improvement method by mixing soil, with grout in poor ground to develop a hardening body in the soil and in a device thereof.
CONSTITUTION: In a ground improvement method by revolving a stirring shaft equipped with an excavation head and a stirring wing having a plurality of stages on the front end thereof to move up and down to stir grout discharged from a discharging port of the front end of the soil stirring shaft to mix, the penetration H of the stirring shaft 5 is made up to specific depth in an extent to be improved in the ground A. Then, after the stirring shaft is penetrated up to the front end of the extent to be improved to make the improvement thereof while discharging the grout simultaneously from discharging ports 8 and 9 provided to both upper and lower parts of the stirring wing 7 on the front end of the stirring shaft 5, the spout of the grout from the lower discharging port 9 is stopped. The stirring shaft 5 is revolved while spouting the grout from the upper discharging port only, and the stirring shaft 5 is pulled out while stirring the soil and grout with the stirring wing 7 to mix.
