To provide a ground surveying method, a ground surveying device, and a ground surveying system capable of quickly and highly accurately surveying the ground by using a surface wave probing technique.

A measuring apparatus 1a respectively measures a propagation speed of a surface wave between respective detectors by using three detectors 15a, 15b, and 15c, and respectively calculates a dispersion curve for indicating the relationship between the measured propagation speed and the depth of the ground. A communication apparatus 1b sets a dispersion curve to be investigated from the dispersion curve on the basis of turbulence of data, and determines soil of the ground on the basis of an attenuation quantity of the surface wave related to the set dispersion curve.
