PURPOSE:To attain accuracy in an adjusting operation and to realize the core alignment of the roller of multisize by one core aligning device by providing a zooming function on the core alining device which can recognize plural objects by the conventional focal point varying function. CONSTITUTION:A television camera 4 having the focal point varying function and which can enlarge/reduce the image of the object according to the zooming function is electrically connected to a monitor 7 by a wiring and freely movably disposed on a base through a frame for moving and adjusting the television camera in three directions of vertically, horizontally and back and forth. A video sent by the television camera 4 is displayed on the monitor 7 having a scale mark whose position is movable, a ten plate indicating the roll hole shape having a magnification suitable for the core adjustment according to the size of the hole shape of the roll of the object is prepared and can be mounted on the screen of the monitor according to the scale of the hole shape of the roll. Thereby, the core alignment operation can be accurately and rapidly executed.
