Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a person to be guided via a network at low cost.SOLUTION: A guiding system comprises a mobile terminal and a server device. The mobile terminal includes: image transmission means for taking an image and transmitting it to the server device; positional information transmission means for obtaining positional information on the own terminal and transmitting it to the server device; and first voice communication means for communicating voice with the server device. The server device includes: image reception means for receiving the image transmitted by the mobile terminal; positional information receiving means for receiving the positional information transmitted by the mobile terminal; image generation means for generating a screen to present to an operator on the basis of the received image and positional information; and second voice communication means for communicating voice with the mobile terminal. The first and second voice communication means communicate voice by first protocol enabling realtime transmission, and the image transmission means and image reception means communicate an image by second protocol that does not perform realtime transmission.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
